I'm a curious, clever guy who loves exploring the world on my short but mighty legs. I enjoy long walks, learning new things and being a loyal sidekick to my favorite humans. I'm happiest when I get to join in on the day's adventure... just don't try to pick me up because I prefer keeping all four paws on the ground.<br/><br/>Favorite Things: Carl enjoys being part of an active household and loves getting outside for walks and yard time. He handles car rides well and has a solid grasp of basic manners. His foodmotivated, clever personality makes him a quick learner and he communicates politely when he prefers not to be picked up.<br/><br/>Health and Care: Carl is neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines. He'll need monthly heart worm and flea/tick prevention, like all other dogs. His grooming routine is simple; occasional baths and nail trims to keep him feeling his best.<br/><br/>Other Animals: Carl has experience with small dogs and may do well with a calm, compatible companion but he is not suited for a home with cats. He'd do best in a singlefamily home with a securely fenced yard, as he loves to stretch his legs and explore.
