Careta Portuguese Podengo Winchester, VA

This grand old dame is Careta & she's 9 years old. Careta is one of the very lucky ones. She's another one who was picked up by another amazing rescue in Spain that we work with. Angelica with Casa de Postas went to pick up a senior for us, who will come over early next year, & while she was there she happened to spot Careta & just couldn't leave her there. My friends in Spain know me all too well! It was another great "two-fer" & we're happy that we're able to help this old girl too. Careta has been tested with cats & is VERY cat friendly. And Careta will be able to celebrate the holidays this year as a new resident of the US! We feel that Careta would do best in a quiet home with or without other 4 legged companions.
