Burk-Currently attending PAWS Training Program!
Burk is available for adoption!
If we have to hear one more time from volunteers and staff.. "WHYYYY is Burk still here? HE is PERFEFCT!" We might lose our minds!! We don't know! He is turn key wonderful. And ...because he has been overlooked and is a SUPERSTAR.. We decided to give him a gift. We sent him off to the PAWS Prison training program where he will be validated, loved, and lead through the most amazing confidence building, trust building training programs where handlers/trainers mend the hearts of dogs, and vice versa!
Burks shelter intake - "Burk found his way to the shelter in Texas as a stray but you can tell he was loved at some point in his short life by virtue of his training! He will sit, stay (for as long as you’d like) and won’t eat a treat or food unless you give him the okay.
He is house-trained and crate-trained.
Burk is a very sweet and loving boy who is extremely well mannered. He is good with other dogs and cats."
We can't wait to see the bond and further education and confidence Burk gains at PAWS!
