Buddy is gentle on first meeting and takes his time assessing new situations. He gets along with other dogs and is fine with cats. Buddy is kennel trained, and walks on a leash. He would be a great companion for a single person, but should also adapt to being part of a family. Buddy can be an only dog or have canine and feline friends. Jeff Tarpley Rescue welcomes applications from homeowners, renters, and condo or apartment dwellers. At a minimum, a phone interview will be conducted and a vet reference checked before the applicant may meet their preferred pet.<br/><br/>We adopt primarily in the 4 states of the ArkLaTexOma. Applicants willing to travel to Texarkana will also be considered with additional requirements to qualify as approved.
