Boone (puppy)'s Story

Meet Boone The Sweet Soul You've Been Looking For
Some dogs are loud and demand your attention. Boone doesn't have to.
At just 5 months old, this handsome Black Mouth Cur has the kind of gentle spirit that quietly works its way into your heart. He has the sweetest eyes—eyes that are always searching yours, almost asking, "Am I a good boy? Do you love me?" The answer is always yes.
Boone is calm, affectionate, and incredibly loving. He adores being with his people and is happiest when he's close enough to earn a smile, a gentle pat, or a few kind words. His greatest reward is simply knowing he's made you happy.
Like any puppy, Boone has a playful side. He proudly carries sticks around the yard as if they're priceless treasures and loves chasing a tennis ball. Sometimes, if the ball rolls just a little too far away, he'll stop, look at it, and decide the ball wins this round—it's one of the many little things that makes him so endearing.
Boone has grown up playing with his littermates and fits right in with the older dogs here at the farm. He's respectful, social, and confident enough to hold his own while still keeping his sweet, easygoing nature. He loves children, greeting them with the same gentle, patient affection he shows everyone he meets, and he's also wonderful with cats, making him an excellent fit for a family with other furry companions.
Boone is also doing fantastic with house training, proving every day just how smart and eager he is to learn.
We expect Boone to mature into a 60-70 pound loyal companion—the perfect size for adventures, long walks, and snuggling at your feet after a busy day. He will be neutered before adoption, ensuring he's ready to begin his next chapter with his forever family.
This precious boy doesn't need a perfect family—he simply needs one that will love him as deeply as he'll love them. He's the kind of dog who will greet you with a wagging tail after every long day, quietly rest at your feet, and remind you that the greatest joys in life often come wrapped in four paws.
If you've been waiting for a loyal best friend with a heart full of love, Boone is waiting to meet you.
Boone
5-month-old Black Mouth Cur
Expected adult weight: 60-70 lbs
Loves children and is wonderful with cats
Great with puppies and adult dogs
Calm, affectionate, and eager to please
Doing wonderfully with house training
Will be neutered prior to adoption
Ready to find the forever family he has been waiting for
Sometimes the quietest dogs leave the biggest paw prints on our hearts.
