Are you a big hound lover ? Booomer is the hound for you. Boomer was abandoned on a farm when his family moved. The local Animal Control Officer kept him at his home until rescue could be found and said he's an easy-keeper. We discovered that Boomer was heartworm posiive and he's been staying at a Virginia foster home for treatment. Boomer likes to lie in the sun, or on the floor, or in his crate. He enjoys a stroll around the yard and plays a bit with calmer older dogs. If you have chili or scalloped potatoes to offer, he'll help clean up in the kitchen. Boomer is about 4 yrs old and weighs about 75 lbs. Once the phone interview is completed, we will check your vet reference as well as a personal reference and conduct a home visit.
