Blue

This sweet little Yorkie boy, Blue, is available for adoption.<br/><br/>Blue was surrendered to a shelter because his owner was not allowed to have pets in their apartment. He is 3 years old and 8 pounds.<br/><br/>His foster parents really thought about keeping him. You can see why since he is so adorable. But they realized that since they are in their 70's and he is so young and active, he probably needs a younger family who will be able to play with him, take him for walks, be outside with him when he runs around in the fenced yard, and be around for his whole life so he doesn't need to be re-homed again. We know that was a hard decision for them.<br/><br/>He is not 100% housebroken but will wear a belly band. He seems to like little dogs but will bark at bigger dogs when out walking. He does bark at things he hears or sees out the door so an apartment/condo would not be a good place for him. He really would enjoy a fenced yard but would need someone to stay out with him when in a yard.
