Biscuit just celebrated his 13th birthday, and he's hoping that 13 will be his lucky year! He is soft, fuzzy, and the perfect size to sit in your lap. He wants to be your constant and forever friend. He is housetrained, good on the leash, and respectful of your property. He is a consummate snuggler. He is good with other small dogs and would be fine in a household with older children. When left on his own, he will be anxious and will bark and whine. He is currently taking some medication to help him control his anxiety but the best medicine is being near his people.
