Billy's Story

Big Boy, Big Heart: Meet Billy!

Billy is a 1.5-year-old big sweetheart who has been waiting a long time for his forever family. He's been with the same foster home since he was just six weeks old, so his foster family has had the privilege of watching him grow from a tiny puppy into the handsome, lovable boy he is today.

When Billy first meets new people, he can be a little shy and unsure. But with some recent training and lots of encouragement, this boy has absolutely blossomed! His confidence has grown so much, and it has been amazing to see him come out of his shell.

These days, Billy is a confident leash walker who loves strutting along with his tail wagging. He's also a total goofball who LOVES running around and doing zoomies, playing with other dogs, and splashing around in kiddie pools. If there's water involved, Billy is probably going to be right there having the time of his life!

And underneath that big, goofy personality is an even bigger sweetheart. Billy absolutely loves being pet and soaking up attention from his people. Once he gets comfortable with you, he is more than happy to show you just how much love he has to give.

Billy is looking for a family who will give him the patience and continued encouragement he needs to keep building his confidence. He would love a home with a securely fenced yard where he can run, play, zoom, and enjoy all of the fun things he loves most.

After spending nearly his entire life with one foster family, we would LOVE to see Billy finally get the happily-ever-after he deserves. He has grown so much, and we know his forever family is out there!

Billy is fully vetted and ready to find his forever home. Could you be the family he's been waiting for?

Apply to adopt Billy today!
