Bernard ("yard name Bernie") is an amazing dog! He is currently in the Paws Behind Bars Prison Training Program where he is learning basic skills such as sit, down, stay, wait, shake and leash walking. He is a velcro kind of boy! Happy to be your best sidekick and is very medium energy and sometimes lazy as large breeds can be! He is timid because of his lack of socialization when younger so he has a very sensitive side. He's wonderful with his doggy playmates and is a great "best friend" candidate! He's on the smaller side for his breed mix (around 80 pounds) and he is gorgeous and very friendly!
