Belle Hound & Coonhound Mix Elyria, OH

Meet Belle, an approximately 2-1/2-year-old hound mix looking for her furever home. Belle was transferred to us from a partner rescue and while we don't know anything about her past, we think her future is certainly bright! Belle is a sensitive soul and needs some time to warm up to her person. She will do best with a patient adopter who will allow her time to adjust to her new home. Hounds enjoy being active and sniffing their way around the world and Belle hopes that her sniffing abilities will lead her right into your heart! She enjoys the company of other dogs and may like a doggie friend in her new home. Belle currently weighs 56lbs.

No appointment is necessary to adopt. Our business hours are 11am - 4:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will not be accepted in advance.

If you have dogs and/or kids in your family and are interested in adopting a Friendship dog please bring them with you for a meet and greet.

All dogs receive one or more vaccinations, a basic veterinary examination, are dewormed, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Dogs 7 months and older are heartworm tested.
