Bella Adoption Pending!'s Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Bella! While this sweet girl is currently in a foster-to-adopt home, we still want to share all about her because she deserves to be celebrated!

Bella is an 8-month-old Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix and is basically a lovable little black teddy bear! She was raised around children and is such a sweet, affectionate girl who loves being around her people.

Bella was surrendered after it became clear that the resident dog wasn’t comfortable sharing their space with her. While that can be a difficult decision, her family made the loving choice to find Bella a home that would be a better fit for everyone. Sometimes the kindest thing we can do for our pets is recognize when a different environment will allow them to thrive.

As a Golden Retriever/Australian Shepherd mix, Bella has the potential to bring together some wonderful traits from both breeds. Golden Retrievers are known for being friendly, affectionate, eager to please, and typically very people-oriented. Australian Shepherds are intelligent, energetic, loyal, and thrive when they have opportunities to learn, play, and use their brains. Put those qualities together and you have a smart, loving pup who will likely enjoy plenty of activity, training, enrichment, and time with her family!

At just 8 months old, Bella is still very much a puppy, so she’ll benefit from continued training, structure, patience, and lots of opportunities to learn what it means to be the best girl she can be.

We’re so happy Bella has a foster-to-adopt opportunity, but we couldn’t resist introducing everyone to this adorable teddy bear! We’re rooting for you, Bella!Click here to watch a video of Bella Adoption Pending!.United Doberman Rescue Adoption Process

Application Submission: Complete the adoption application thoroughly.
