BC's Story

BC stands for border collie because that's what BC looks like, but we also know he has other breeds in the mix. He is a handsome and smart fellow who is the biggest puppy of all and has maintained this status all along. We can't wait to see what he looks like when he is full grown.

Despite being the biggest, he does not have a dominant dog mindset. He also is not hyper as some border collies can be - often remaining very chill. He is very playful and fun loving and often leads the zoomies around the others, with many chasing him. He is athletic and also quick to open a bag of dog food if it is in his reach. He will be very food motivated when it comes to training.

His mom's DNA is all that we know. Mom is mostly Australian Shepherd with Labrador and some terrier with a dash of Rottweiler and cocker spaniel. I'm going to guess based on prick and floppy ears that we may have border collie and German shepherd in the mix of the litter of 9. Some of the puppies looked like each other. BC looks most like Diamond Girl, BC will likely be between 50-60 pounds when full grown.

All the puppies have been socialized since they were born. The mom is sweet and friendly and was abandoned with other dogs. (All were rescued.) BC is utd on all shots, wormed, microchipped and spayed.

If you are interested in adopting, please fill out a pre adoption application online or request that one be sent to you. If you make an inquiry, please respond to our response. We want to move on to other applicants if you are not interested. The puppies will be at Petsmart in Washington, Mo. until adopted on Saturdays from noon to 3.
