Bark Twain's Story

Hi there my name is Bark Twain!

I am a gentle soul who is still learning how big and kind the world can be. I came here after being transferred from another shelter and everything felt a little overwhelming at first. I am a shy boy by nature and new places take me some time to understand.

Every day I am opening up a little more. I have started showing my sweet side to the people who spend time with me and it feels really good to be brave. I am looking for a patient family who will let me grow at my own pace and celebrate every small step I take. Once I trust you I will be loyal and loving in a way that feels extra special.

I would prefer to be the only dog in the home so I can soak up all the love and attention for myself. If you have a quiet heart and a gentle hand I think we could be a perfect match. I am ready to write the next chapter of my story with someone who believes in me.

Come meet me!
