Banks is part of a group of dogs we took in from an overwhelmed owner. The city shelter is bringing dogs in groups from a home with 50+, where the owner passed away.<br/><br/>We brought Banks in to give him a second chance and clear way for more dogs in need. These dogs are getting to experience many firsts- from more human touch, being clean, going on walks in the world, etc.<br/><br/>Banks is a TREAT! He LOVES everyone he meets and steals their hearts.<br/>He is comical, missing two front teeth, with an underbite. His best feature is his 10/10 puppy dog eyes. If you look at him, you MUST give him love.
