Arlo

Arlo is a young adult neutered male stock dog mix breed. My best guess is Aussie/Border Collie possibly some German Shepherd. He is just gorgeous and has the plushest, soft coat that just shines with health. He has a mellow temperment, smart, eager to please and wants to be with his people all the time. He rides very well in the car. We rescued him from the tribal holding pens off a reservation in UT where it is suspected he'd been dumped when his owners in town no longer wanted him. (It happens a lot at this place.) Very irresponsible and sad. Dogs that end up dumped here are quickly caught and held in these pens for a few days before being shot. DO NOT DUMP YOUR DOGS! Take them to a reputable animal shelter. <br/>Thankfully we have a contact there that lets us know when a dog is penned and gives every opportunity for a rescue to pull them to safety and then helps get them on a transport. Arlo is one of the lucky ones.
