Alf's Story
Meet Alf. He came into our care with a group of dogs from a cruelty case where the owners have now been charged, over 20 animals were involved. Our volunteers have been working alongside with medical care providers to get them healthy. Alf is an Afghan who is approximately 1 year old and is now close to 30 pounds, but is still working hard on getting to his proper weight. He is on the shy side and could do with a very loving and affectionate family to help him heal from his traumatic beginnings.
