Albert

Albert here is new to the shelter, so we are still getting to know him. He came in to us from the city pound after he was found roaming around Jamestown (for what looks like quite some time) on his own. He clearly belonged to someone at some point, as he is very friendly and already neutered, but is not microchipped.
