Hello! My name is Adina. I'm 4 years old and 14lbs. I'm also deaf so other animals scare me. I’m currently living with my foster mom in Toronto, but I’m ready to look for my forever home.
I really enjoy playing and always get excited to meet new people. I love to shower my new friends with kisses if they play with me. My favourite nights are spent enjoying snuggles on the couch with my foster mom.
I’m deaf but I don’t miss a beat. My foster mom has taught me a few tricks, too. I really enjoy learning commands as long as she has treats for me. So far, I’ve learned to sit, lay down and wait. I’m also house trained and my foster mommy makes sure I get to go outside regularly.
When we go for walks, I get so excited I can’t help but pull my leash so it’s best that I wear a harness so my neck doesn’t get too stressed on walks. I get nervous when I meet other animals like dogs and cats so we avoid dog parks and play on our own. I would like to be the only pet in my new forever home so I will feel comfortable and then I can give you all the love you will need.
My foster mommy sometimes takes me for car rides and I really enjoy them. I’ve become comfortable riding in my booster dog seat.
I’m enjoying my time in my new foster home but I’m looking forward to being in m forever home.
