Ace 3552's Story

03/30/26. ACE is looking for his forever family. This handsome Doberman gentleman was adopted from a shelter by a group of college boys. They truly meant well, but eventually realized they couldn’t keep a dog in their apartment—so they brought him to us to help find him a safe, loving home.

ACE has a wonderful, calm temperament and is friendly with everyone he meets. He walks nicely on a leash, gets along well with other dogs, and is an all-around happy boy.

We don’t have much of a history on him since he came from a shelter, so for now we’re recommending a home without cats or young children. Moving forward, we’re committed to making sure his next chapter is one filled with love and stability. ACE can’t wait to meet his person and be your best friend.

03/29/26 – Ace is a 2-year-old blue boy who was adopted from OCAS a few weeks ago and is now being surrendered to us because the family’s 19-year-old son can’t keep him at his mom’s house.

He’s extremely sweet and does great with other dogs. Cats are unknown. He’s ready for his forever home.

He is vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped.

Please don’t make negative comments about his ears. He’s a rescue dog who just needs a loving home, and whatever happened before he came to us can’t be changed. Not every dog is available for adoption or need a foster - some are wards of the rescue (usually due to medical reasons, but sometimes behavioral). These dogs will always be supported by DRL. We welcome financial support for these dogs.
