Mama was on a Texas euthanasia list prior to rescue. One puppy sadly passed away at 3 days old. This is puppy #9, born at 1:47pm.<br/><br/>* Macaron was determined to be deaf by CPR's vet at his neuter appointment. There are no further concerns and it is believed to be congenital. This 8-week-old Husky/Lab mix is completely unique, with a gorgeous snow-white coat and dark, almost black eyes that give him some serious Jon Snow vibes. <br/><br/>Macaron started out as one of the smallest cookies, but he has really filled out and grown into a strong, handsome boy. From the very beginning, he's been incredibly curious, observant, vocal, and just a little bit dramatic. And when we say vocal, you can definitely hear the Husky in him! <br/><br/>Throughout puppyhood, we noticed that Macaron may have some hearing impairment, and we suspected he could be deaf. This was confirmed at his neuter appointment by CPR's vet, though we suspect he may still hear certain noises. He'll simply need some extra consideration when it comes to communication and training-but it certainly doesn't stop this boy from living life to the fullest!<br/><br/>Macaron is playful, energetic, curious, and full of personality. He has a pretty enthusiastic play style and can be a little rough-and-tumble, so he would probably do best with a family who understands puppy play and can help him learn appropriate boundaries.
