Meet Tibby
INTRODUCING...TIBBY!!
Tinny is a one year old purebreed golden tabby Ragamuffin. She is fully vetted (spayed, fiv/felv negative, microchipped, vaccinated, etc), is front paw declawed, and is ready for her forever home.
Tibby was surrendered due to litterbox issues. She was occasionally peeing outside the box. A vet visit revealed that poor Tibby had a MASSIVE urinary tract infection. Two weeks of antibiotics cleared it up.
Tibby has had zero litterbox problems while here with us. But we have multiple boxes throughout our house. We also have an outdoor enclosure that Tibby loves.
I suspect Tibby's major issue is stress. She needs a minimum of stress in her life - otherwise she may be prone to continued bladder issues.
What Tibby needs in a forever home: 0-1 other cats, no dogs, no kids, a wet food diet, multiple litterboxes, and (ideally) a catio. And whoever adopts Tibby needs to realize that any future litterbox issues indicates a health problem - and necessitates a vet visit (not dumping or rehoming her).
Tibby is a really sweet, loving, and affectionate baby. She is a kitten, so is also very playful & active (feather wands are a favorite!).
Adoption fee - $300.
If you can provide Tibby with the kind of home she needs, please apply through our website at www.stxpr.org. If you meet the above qualifications & have already submitted an application please email us at stxpersianrescue@gmail.com.
