Health: Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. When this kitten, its siblings and a second litter of kittens, were surrendered to us, the kittens had a horrendous eye infection that took several weeks to clear. Fortunately most of the 11 kittens did not suffer permanent damage to their eyes. Our veterinarian feels due to their history, this kitten, along with the others, may have intermittent, clear ocular discharge at times. It’s also possible they have scar tissue blocking their tear ducts, which would not allow the naturally occurring thin film of tears that protects the eye to drain normally, and results in the clear discharge instead. This is rarely bothersome to the kitties and they have been cleared by our vet for adoption.

Good in a home with: Other cats, dogs.

Meet Tabs - in Maine

Tabs is a male kitten, about 8 months old. He’s current on age appropriate core vaccinations and is already neutered. He and his siblings are part of our Southern Charm litter, they’re all very sweet and social. Tabs is very persistent in his quest to share and receive love and affection from his humans, he weighs about 10 lbs.

This pet is being fostered in Maine.
