Snuggle cat alert!

My name is Mr. Phelps, Roscoe Phelps for those lucky enough to know me. Let’s face it, I am the 007 of the cat world. I have a license to steal and if you are not careful, I will pilfer your heart before you even know it. I am loyal, affectionate, breathtakingly handsome and one cool cat.

You see, I had to be; through no fault of my own, I found myself trying to survive on the streets after being abandoned by the people who were supposed to care for me. Thankfully, I was rescued and made myself right at home with my foster parents. Before long I was ordering my usual; catnip straight up, shaken not stirred. But I have a secret… I am a huge fan of head rubs and with a head as big as mine, that gives you ample opportunity for rubbing!

This is what my foster family has to say about me: "He is so affectionate and loves to play. He has really settled in and loves to play with the feather wand toy and some other cat toys we have. He's also become very affectionate and will seek out attention from us in the form of pets. He will even follow [human] around the apartment if he's in the mood for some pets and cuddles!"
