Meet POPEYE
POPEYE - we have no idea what his background is. He had been rescued as an infant by another woman, but she was forced to give him up when her health failed.
When he was found, he had fairly severe eye damage. One eye is missing and the other has corneal scars. He still has vision, though it's obviously not normal. He doesn't miss a beat, though, and plays with toys, other cats, and has no issues with the litter box or his food bowls.
He's just a clown with a lot of love to give. Are you the right person for him?
