Meet Penelope

Penelope was found near the shelter when a volunteer was walking around the property. Someone had just dumped her off at midnight according to the cameras. She is so sweet and very loving. Can't imagine why she was just dropped off in the middle of the night.
She is a small girl who is around 1 yr old. She has had trauma to one of her ears as she has a small head tilt sometimes.
She is UTD on Vaccinations, Microchipped,FeLeuk/FIV tested and spayed.
She is ready for a forever home.
