She is ready and looking for the perfect indoor retirement home, all to herself!! She has enough personality that no other cats or dogs are needed! LOL She's would even prefer there aren't any...ha ha!<br/>Opal has a very vibrant personality and loves spending time with her person. She wants to tell you all about her day as she follows you from room to room! She will help you with your chores and be quick to tell you her food dish is empty!!<br/>Opal was born with an eye deformity and sadly, spent her whole life with intermittentpain from the pressure. After numerous consults with the ophthalmologist, we chose to remove it. She is doing very well without it and it doesn't bother her at all!! <br/><br/>Her many years outside have made her a very independent cat, but she really enjoys head and cheek scritches, on her own terms. She would be a great companion for a person or couple wanting a friendly fur friend to come home to and spoil. Would prefer kids over 15.<br/>Opal is a very healthy 11-12 yr old. Spayed, vaxed, chipped and FIV/FeLV negative. Fostered on Florida's east coast but available for adoption to most of the US. <br/>Adoption fee of $250.
