Hi, I am Nicky. I'm only two years old and I don't know how I ended up in Leisure World growing up all by myself. Some nice people were feeding me on their porches and giving me lots of pets for quite some time. Then one day, one of these people, who is also an SBACC volunteer decided to show me what her house looked like inside. Wow! It was warm, there were soft blankets to lay on, a million toys and even another cat I wanted to play with. But she couldn't keep me because only one cat is allowed per household This was very sad for both of us but she brought me to SBACC and I really hope I get a second chance to live in a home where I can be safe from coyotes and big raccoons., I know that I'm big and handsome because I saw myself in a thing they call a mirror!

I may be standoffish when you first meet me. But if you're patient, I'll head butt you for pets to show how affectionate I really am. I'll rub against your legs, you can even rub my tummy, and I'll answer when you call my name. I like both cats and dogs and my favorite toy is called Hot Pursuit. It's battery-operated so I can chase the feather around in circles for hours. But my dream is to have someone special to share my life with. Won't you please take me home with you?
