Meet Necco
Necco was found at a TNR site our volunteers were working at. He was completely covered in fleas, underweight, and showed symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. After some time in his foster home and much needed food and medications, he is now thriving. He is shy at first but is loving and affectionate once comfortable. He would do best in a home with no young children.
