My name is MiShi short for Machete Claws. I was the runt of the bunch and I was very, very scared of the humans when I got to my foster home. When my foster mom finally got me out of the cat carrier I scratched her and hid for two days. I was the last one of my siblings to trust the humans. I am still a little skittish and shy. I like to be out when it is quiet in the house or when my foster family is in bed. I am very snuggly and love to be held and petted, when it is quiet. I don't scratch anymore; I now know the humans are not going to eat me. I love playing with small furry mice, feathers on a stick, and bouncy balls on the wood floor. I also love to get toes under the blanket - that is one of my favorite things. I enjoy playing with my foster sisters (cats), my foster brother (dog) and wrestling with my siblings. I use the litter box, scratch the cat scratcher, or the cat climber, and I don't have food aggression. I am not quite as mischievous as my siblings; I like to sit back and watch to make sure it is safe before I participate. I will need a family that will continue to help me become more social. I love adults, kids, and other pets in a quiet environment. I am fine watching television with my siblings in the living room, I am not scared then. If the dog barks, I hear a loud noise, or my foster parents are cheering and clapping for the Brewers or Packers I run and hide.
