Meet Maya ( declawed )

Maya is a 2-year-old female with floppy ears (one more floppy than the other) who had been surrendered to the shelter on January 22nd, 2015, since her previous owner had too many animals. A soft black tabby with pale yellow eyes, she loves to make friends! She has an instant purr and is quite affectionate. To speak of her personality, Maya has a calm, sweet temperament and loves attention. She enjoys being held and petted, and will nuzzle against you often to get more petting; she is the ultimate cuddle buddy! Maya is larger than life and will seek out your company and affection; nothing makes her happier than being in your arms or lap. She is a bit cautious, but warms up quickly in new places. Maya could use a home where she could get some exercise as well; she is the curious type and can be playful. This well-behaved cat would do great in any home; please take some time to meet this sweet feline and consider adding her as the newest member of your family!
