Meet Maxim
Introducing Maxim! He is an incredibly sweet and gentle boy that is looking for a loving home. Maxim lived as an indoor/outdoor cat with his previous owners - he disappeared outdoors for 1 1/2 years before finding his way back home. Sadly, at that point, the other cats in his home would not accept him and Maxim was relinquished to our rescue. We want to find a loving home for Maxim where he will be a cherished and pampered indoor cat for the rest of his life - this gorgeous boy should not have to fend for himself outdoors ever again.
Maxim has a gorgeous black coat with brown highlights. He will need a little TLC - he came to our rescue missing hair in a few places, likely due to his time outdoors. He will be back to his handsome self in no time. He loves people and will purr the second he is touched. Maxim loves belly rubs and will immediately roll on his back hoping for some affectionate pets. He has a lot of love to share.
Maxim is FIV positive - he will need to be the only cat in a home, live with other FIV positive cats, or possibly live with other non-aggressive cats.
All NAWS cats are spayed/neutered, micro-chipped and up-to-date on vaccines. Please email Delonda at delonda@nawsus.org or call NAWS at 708-478-5102 to meet any of our wonderful cats.
