Meet Maddie
Found in Rutland, Vermont. Blind in the right eye, terribly thin. Very sweet. No tail. Limping. Heavily Matted.
We think that Maddie may be a stray who has been out on her own for a long time. She is so thin, we don't think she has had a home anytime recently, or even fed by an advocate.
