My name is Katalie. I am a male, medium haired Turkish Van mix maybe. I kind of look like them. Me and my brother were dropped off at the shelter. We were covered in fleas and ticks. Our first bath was a nightmare - we were already scared of people and the bath thing was horrible. We huddled together for a few days until we figured things were pretty nice. We are in foster care which means we are waiting for someone to adopt us.

My foster family has kids, a big fluffy dog and some adult cats. So, when I get ready to go to my permanent home, I will be well socialized and ready to hang out with everyone in the family. If someone doesn't come soon, we will have to go to a pet store and I am pretty scared about it. You will not see my true personality there - no way! It will be another nightmare!

Here is what my foster mom say about me – "Katalie is a very sweet, playful kitten. He is super smart escape artist and finds his way out of his play area all of time. He knows how to get treats out of the treat tower. Figured it out first time we put treats in it. He doesn't really care about the treats, but batting them out of a tower seems fun to him. He is ready to roam the house like a big kitty. He is a curious kitten and quite the explorer. He is not shy around people. He is treasure, if you are looking for a kitten to bond with, this guy will be a great choice. The term “Van” has been adopted by a variety of breeds to describe white cats with colored head and tail markings. He will have a semi-long haired coat which means he will have long hair around the collar and tail but will not have thick hair all over his body. It will be more like a Maine Coon.
