Meet Kansas
Kansas is very mellow and easy going with a face that makes you melt. He is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations, litter box trained and loves to play. He is not a big snuggler but does like to sleep near his foster mom's bed, in his cat bed. He is getting more affectionate all the time and does seek out affection (petting). He is used to other cats and a mellow dog. He will need a lot of time to warm up and when he is scared (in a new environment or with new pets) he needs his space. He doesn’t really like people forcing affection on him until he is used to them. He follows his foster mom around and lays on the desk while she is working. He likes to play and be near a window every chance he gets. He always greets his foster family at the door when they come home. He will need a forever home that is patient with him and will work with him. Kansas was one of many stray cats living in some woods near a campsite in Kansas.
