Hi there, I am a PAC favorite because I am just the nicest cat. I was left abandoned outside of the shelter and no one noticed me. Finally, I was noticed and thank goodness because I was very injured, it looked like I was attached by a dog and left with a cheap Velcro cone on my head and my wounds were necrotic. I was rushed to the ER where I was clipped and cleaned and rabies vaccinated. Turns out I was already spayed too, so I was someones baby at one point. I am the most easy going laid back cat ever, I am just happy to be held and pet, I am the perfect tortie!
