Goldilocks Persian Mix Brookings, SD

Once upon a time, a very special kitten named Goldilocks found her way into Brookings Regional Humane Society! This special girl is just over 1 year old. Goldilocks has some neurological issues that don't seem to bother her but definitely make her seem pretty indecisive! This spot isn't quite right! This spot is too cold! Basically, she spins in circles and eventually tuckers out and falls asleep. Goldilocks also appears to be hard of hearing. She is as sweet as can be though and loves playing and other cats, kids and pretty much everyone she meets. She has chronic eye weepiness and we do think she may be a persian mix. Our kitten/cat adoption fees vary on age, special needs, lonely heart status (cats that have been with us 6+ months), and for our senior to seniors program. Our adoption fees include the following: all of our cats/kittens are current on vaccinations (FVRCP series and Rabies if over 3 months of age) at the point of adoption, dewormed, tested for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), treated for fleas/ticks/earmites in addition to being spayed or neutered once the cat reaches 2 lbs in weight. All cats and kittens adopted from the shelter are microchipped. Adoption fees may vary in special circumstances.

Because we are on a busy street, we require that all cats leaving the shelter be in a carrier. All pets are up for adoption until an approved application is processed and their adoption fee is paid.
