- Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. FRANKIE was born with a congenital condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia, that causes a wobbly stance and her legs to splay out sideways. The condition does not get worse, and it can improve with time and muscle development. FRANKIE gets around well on carpeted floors or mats and has no problem getting to the litterbox, however she is not able to climb stairs. FRANKIE prefers to be the only cat as the queen of the house!.
