Flash Domestic Short Hair & Tabby Mix Minneapolis, MN

Flash is a 2 year old, 15-pound domestic shorthair looking for a home where he can make a striking impression!

He can be very particular about the company he keeps and likes to take his time to get to know you - BUT - once you are accepted by this guy he is loyal, conversational, and very sweet.

Flash has done great with older, respectful adults and children (12+) other cats, but has not been able to hang out with the resident dog because of her barking. When the dog goes to the cabin, Flash loves to leave the Loft area and run around the house with his pal, Cory, the resident cat. He would probably do best as the only pet in your home to start but would adjust with a very slow introduction to a resident pet.

Flash loves to talk to you and sometimes will chase a crinkle ball. He isn't much of a toy guy but loves to wrestle with the resident cat and have his head scratched. He has been low key, keeps his litter area clean, is a wonderful companion that doesn't get into your space and just wants a full bowl of cat food at all times!

He enjoys the view from up in the clouds, seeking a high perch to survey both inside and outside the home. This sweet boy will chatter away while exploring around the home making you wonder, like with thunder, how close this Flash really is!

Flash would thrive in a home where he can have his own space - he doesn't always want attention and will tell you by different chirps and noises what his current mood is! He loves to explore but always goes back to the same blanket or safe places like on top of the cabinets or on his favorite kid's bed. He does not like change, so a stable residence would be ideal! While it takes time and patience to earn his trust, once a foundation is made this boy will be an excellent family member. Flash has learned to be a respectful and loving guy that loves to be around his humans!

Flash is a curious, chatty, and low key young boy seeking the perfect place to light up your cloudy days. Personality-filled Flash is not going to strike the same place twice. Are you ready to make the leap to take this sweet boy home?

Please note there may be additional follow up visits and boosters that are not covered by Pet Haven after adoption.
