Elvin and Roy embody the simile "as playful as a kitten" to the max. This cute, bonded pair are a dynamic duo who look like mini black panthers with their soft, velvety, shiny black coats.
Named after two legendary jazz drummers Elvin Jones and Roy Haynes, these two have great taste in music and first calmed down when their foster played jazz for them—especially Coltrane and Miles, and they showed a particular affinity to drumbeats.

Elvin is sweet, cuddly, purrs loudly when held, and is on his way to being a lap cat, enjoying lounging on his foster's chest and lap. He also has a little white star on his upper chest. Roy is feisty, playful & independent, but likes being hugged and cuddled as well, and will fall into a deep sleep cuddled on your lap, after initial protestations. They both enjoy being brushed, are easy to manage, and not fussy at all about eating. They also seem to get along well with other cats.

And my! do they LOVE to play!! It's practically non-stop with their pummeling, running around, wrestling, playing with balls and strings, and every kitten game in the playbook.

There's never a dull moment with these two around. Rescued from the streets along with their mom, grandma and siblings, these two kitties and their silly antics will provide you with lots of entertainment; and also provide you with exercise, as they love running around wanting you to join in the chase.
