Dozer (declawed) Domestic Short Hair Bloomsburg, PA

Dozer just wants to plow his way right into your heart! Sort of like he did with foster mom Anna. Anna was doing the right thing and trapping and neutering local feral cats that showed on her Bloomsburg property. She thought Dozer was just one of the pack when she took him into a local neuter clinic. What she started to discover is that even while in a trap, Dozer appeared friendly. He was nowhere near the feral cats she normally would TNR.

The clinic vet soon found out Dozer was already neutered. Unsure if Dozer would be returned back outside she did clip his left ear as the universal sign to others that he is altered.

A day in recovery after anesthesia Anna already knew she couldn’t let sweet Dozer back outside. She called us for help. When Dozer came to our vet to be vaccinated they discovered another secret. He was also declawed! So Dozer was just a poor abandoned soul who once had a home. Anna quickly found out that Dozer is super friendly and affectionate. He purrs loudly and craves being pet. She describes him eating his soft food like a bulldozer which inspired his name.

Dozer is a handsome black and tan striped boy with striking gold eyes.
He is approximately 1 year old.
