Hi! I’m Cupcake! I’m a six month old female domestic shorthair black and white “cow” kitty. I was born outside as a stray with my four brothers in South Dakota. Then I went on a long journey to Minneapolis to meet my new foster mom and find a new home.

I was SO terrified of my foster mom, I had wide eyes and airplane ears. Sometimes I was so scared I would poop or pee if she came near me. I took the longest to start playing and eating in front of her.

I’m shy to new people and don’t like change. I need a family who understands that I need my own space for a little bit such as a bedroom or bathroom so I can get to know my new surroundings and people. But feed me and play with me and I will be your best friend.

I’m still learning about touching and petting. I love to rub on my foster mom and want her to pet me on my terms. But I still shy away if she reaches for me. Sometimes when foster mom pets me I will plop on the ground it feels so good! My foster mom has not picked me up yet.

I’m playful and love to wrestle with my siblings. I am a good baker and make biscuits a lot.

I would do best going to a home with one of my siblings Coco, Tart, and Cheddar.

All cats are vetted, which includes feluk/fiv testing, deworming, age appropriate vaccines and spay or neuter.
