Cookie Nugget is curious, playful and a delightful kitty. She is vocal and greets her human companion with an adorable "chirp" as she is happy to see you! Cookie travels through the house with soft "meows". She relishes being held, pampered and fussed over. Cookie's favorite spot to nap is the top of a cat tree; a window view is favored. She will be shy and wary in a new environment but should warm up quickly. Cookie's ideal home is with an individual, couple or family with cat suave children. She loves people. Cookie should do well with other cats; she chases and wrestles with her kitty buddies. Cookie is curious about dogs and should be okay with a cat-friendly dog. She is a brown patched tabby with hazel eyes. As of January 2023, Cookie Nugget is 8 months old.
Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter Pets (FJCASP) is a foster-based rescue for dogs and cats. All pets are in a home environment cared for by a foster person who provides temporary care until the pet can be placed in a permanent home. Friends of Jackson County is an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.
