Don't let the name Chicken fool you, this little girl is a ham! Don't let the name Chicken fool you, this little girl is a ham! Chicken is a 4-month-old girl, and she is the total package.
Our little Chicken Nugget is just the best kitten! Her balance of playtime and snuggle time is perfect. She is so brave and curious about everything and LOVES being around her people. She plays with any and all toys and when she gets her zoomies she runs around from room to room carrying a toy in her mouth. When she is done playing and ready to cuddle she will find a person and no matter what you are doing she will find some way or some little spot to snuggle in with you. She has a constant purr from the moment she jumps onto your lap until she falls asleep. Chicken is the happiest little girl and you can’t help but smile when she is around.
When she is done running around and making you laugh, she will crawl up into your lap for a nap. She is a professional cuddler who wants to be as cuddled up to you as possible. She has a great purr that starts the instant she snuggles in and the softest and silkiest fur.
Chicken gets along with her kitty foster siblings but can entertain herself well and would be fine with other kitties or as an only cat.
Chicken had surgery on her eye to fix an inward turning eyelid and recovered perfectly! She does still have a bit of blurriness in her right eye but it doesn't affect her at all.

Underdog Pet Rescue of Wisconsin, Inc. cats are up to date on the following medical treatments before adoption:
Spay or Neuter
Rabies and distemper up to date (as age appropriate-kitten adopters may need to provide their adopted pets with rabies vaccine and distemper boosters if adopted before 14 weeks)
FeLV/FIV test (FeLV only for kittens under six months)
Microchip
Our adult cat adoption fee is $75. It is $100 for two adults. Our kitten adoption fee (under 5 mo) is $150. If two kittens are adopted at the same time, our adoption fee is $225 for the pair. If an adult cat is adopted with a kitten, our adoption fee is $175.
*Please note that all breeds noted are estimates or best guesses. We very rarely have information on our animals' actual breeds since they often come to the shelters we work with as strays*
