Wee girl Celix is a beauty not only because of her soft pink opaque nose or her beautiful sea green eyes, but also because she has maintained a very friendly and loving demeanor despite some very obvious challenges. Celix was rescued with a very severe injury to her which in the end resulted in her tail having to be amputated. Despite this stressful experience, she has not allowed it to affect her personality in any way. She now has the cutest little stubby tail which not only makes her more interesting but also very unique; added to that is her enjoyment of human attention in all its forms. Celix loves cuddles, being picked up, as well as being a big fan of play time and food! She would do well being a friend to children who are cat savvy and will do fine to share a forever home with other cats and dogs provided that slow, respectful introductions are used to help her overcome her initial shyness to other 4-legged creatures. She has been such a brave girl, now she hopes to find a family that will love and protect her forever.
