This wonderful kitty couldn’t be more aptly named—she’s is as sweet as sugary candy! Candy is all about affection. She could soak up the lovin’ all day long, rubbing endlessly against your hand, licking you with her rough little tongue and purring when you rub her generous tummy. Candy is the whole package (the valentine’s candy package!). Not only is this gentle girl delightful company, but she is absolutely gorgeous to boot. Her striking coat—composed of patches of silky cream, buttery yellow and touches of black—beautifully emphasizes her sky blue eyes.

Candy was adored by a woman who rescued her and her brothers, Cotton and Feather, as tiny kittens. They basked in her love for more than 8 years, until sadly, at age 87, this “cat mom” was no longer able to care for her kitties and STAF offered to take them in. Candy is a sensitive soul and homesick for the life she lost. She deserves another chance at forever bliss—are you her soulmate?

All cats and kittens have been vet-checked, spayed/neutered, and are up-to-date on vaccinations. Adoption fee includes carrier, scratching pad, starter pack of food and litter, and toy. We prefer kittens be adopted in pairs. We offer free advice anytime about your adopted cat. If, for any reason, it doesn't work out, we will take the cat back, anytime in the future. Potential adopters must be interviewed in person, at the shelter, and live within 150 miles of Cincinnati. We will ask you to return to the shelter for a second visit to be sure of your decision.
