Bailey's Story

FOR MY PETFINDER.COM FRIENDS, PLEASE CONTACT THE SHELTER AT (248) 391-4100 FOR MORE INFORMATION. MY ID NUMBER IS 311855.

My name is Bailey!

I have had some problems with my skin that seems to be related to a flea sensitivity/allergy. I have been treated, but to keep me comfortable going forward, I will need to stay on some form of flea preventative ongoing all year long. Fleas can be a problem in the winter too, even if I don't spend much time outside or stay indoors all the time - fleas can find their way into homes, apartments, or condos any time of the year, and just a bite or two can make me very uncomfortable.

FRONT DECLAWED Primary Color: Black Tortoiseshell Weight: 6.3lbs Age: 16yrs 9mths 3wks Animal has been Spayed

If you are interested in one of our animals, please feel free to pop in whenever we are open! We stop adoptions 30 minutes before close, so we have ample time to go over paperwork. We have applications on site that are approved on the spot when you are fully ready to take home the animal. For dogs, we do require a meet n greet with all humans and canines that reside in the house. For cats, we require a meet with at least the youngest member of the household but encourage you bring the whole family. Any of our animals that are available for adoption, but not spayed/neutered, can be adopted but will remain in the shelter until they are fixed. All of our cats are $25 and dogs are $40. Our building number is 42E.
