Hi,

I'm Augusta and am about 1 year old. Before you read any further, please know that I must be adopted with my sister Athena as we are very bonded and live for each other!

We were living on the street, with a third sister (Savannah), starving and scrounging for food, when a nice human, who we later learned was a volunteer with Big Hands Little Paws, spotted us and immediately took steps to rescue all three of us. I don't remember much about our lives before or what happened to our mom, but believe we were born outside.

We got all necessary vet care and, after a few weeks, joined the other cats in the rescuer human's home. Savannah ended up bonding with an adult cat in the home and they both got adopted (we miss Savannah, but are really happy for her!). We now want to find a loving forever home and will make a family really happy. I am told we are not only beautiful, but are sweet, playful, low maintenance (except I must be brushed!!!) and make the humans smile.
