Meet Arthur. He is an active, energetic, and social cat, with a beautiful, silky black coat, and stunning gold eyes! Arthur's most unique feature is that he carries his tail in a curl over his back. We think he is part chow.
He has been waiting a long time for his chance to have a family. He gets along well with his cagemate, Clifford the Big Orange Cat. They would love to go home together, but have agreed to go separately as well.
