Almond's Story
Almond does have Fiv. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) is a viral infection that affects cats, similar to HIV in humans. It primarily attacks the immune system, making infected cats vulnerable to various infections. FIV is transmitted through bite wounds and can remain in the cat's system for life. Symptoms may come and go, so Almond possibly will need to go to the vet on and off thru his life. He can still live a long happy life though. He is a sweet cat and gets along with other cats so it shouldn't be an issue being around other cats
